I am full of delight, gratitude, curiosity, and sorrows. Like you, I am in a life-long relationship with self understanding. I grew up in Wyoming, staying up late at night for animal births and watching the seasons give and take life all around me. The first communities I felt deeply connected to were non-human, and they continue to teach me about our human capacities. I’m a poet, teacher, grant writer, herbalist, friend, portal servant, caretaker, advocate of reproductive justice, and dreamer of a decolonized future. I move through the world in a white, gender expansive, and able body who has experienced pregnancy loss.

I offer Prenatal, Birth, and Abortion Doula services. My care is informed by certified teachings, the creative energy of queerness, plant medicine, the wisdom of animal communities, and a constellation of historic knowledge on all things birth.

We all experience thresholds, and I think of myself as an educated companion in your unique experience. Transformations, whether that be birthing a child or releasing a pregnancy (abortion), are sacred encounters that deserve careful witness and informed care.

My approach to this work centers agency and consent. Many of us and our ancestors have had traumatic reproductive healthcare experiences, and thus birth, surgery, and abortions may harbor remnant memories. I offer gentle guidance through these processes that are trauma informed and attuned to the somatic body. I come here with multiple years of experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, wilderness therapy guiding, relationship coaching with teenagers, and teaching poetry workshops for incarcerated youth and adults.

I am a certified Herbalist and have received formal Doula training in various capacities including:

  • Green Path Herb School Certified Herbalism Course

  • Sistermoon Wellness Prenatal/ Birth Doula Training

  • Birthing Beyond the Binary with King Yaa
